A special offer to anyone diagnosed with chronic lung disease: free lung care help in your home from a student in Grossmont College's respiratory therapy program. In two or three visits, the student will review your medications, your exercise patterns, breathing techniques, and respiratory equipment, then help you work out a self-care routine to fit your lifestyle.
